We are proud to present our latest interior design project, created for the White Lady pastry and ice cream shop in Tirano. This space is the result of a close synergy between the creative vision of designer Lisa Mottalini and the expertise of BM Italia, which fully managed the interior design execution and the strategic positioning of all professional equipment.

The project stands out for its strong character and unmistakable identity, achieved through a precise geometric and material choice: the exclusive use of just two dominant materials.

The Design Vision: When Chocolate Trends Meet Golden Light

At the heart of Lisa Mottalini’s concept is a visual interplay of high-trend chromatic and material contrasts. BM Italia brought this vision to life by using chocolate brown laminate for the bar counter, back counter, and shelving, enriched by structural elements in matte brown metal. This warm, enveloping hue instantly evokes the raw ingredients of pastry making.

In contrast, to infuse brightness and a touch of understated luxury, the design incorporates Calacatta Gold marble-effect HPL for the countertops, baseboards, and the exclusive custom-made snack counter. The pairing of deep brown with the warm veins of gold marble creates a flawless harmony, resulting in a sophisticated yet incredibly welcoming atmosphere.

The Designer's Color Choice: Delicate nuances of pink woven throughout the space serve to soften the solidity of the brown, adding a note of freshness, softness, and contemporary flair to the overall design.

Technology and Comfort: Tailor-Made Partners of Excellence

Great design must always go hand in hand with maximum functionality. To seamlessly translate Lisa Mottalini’s vision into reality, the technology and seating were entrusted to industry-leading brands:

BRX Technology for the Gelato Counter: The gelato display features the innovative BRX pozzetti (glycol well) refrigeration system. This guarantees the perfect preservation of the artisanal gelato while blending seamlessly into the clean, minimalist aesthetics of the counter.
Comfort by Pedrali: For the relaxation and seating areas, the selection of Pedrali stools and sofas perfectly matches the designer’s concept, combining ultimate comfort with the excellence of Italian design.
