A new headquarters as an expression of Crezza's identity
The new Crezza headquarters unites all technical and administrative offices in a single building, integrating operational functions and reception areas. The structure, constructed entirely of reinforced concrete, becomes a showcase of the company's expertise through a rigorous, essential, and contemporary architectural language. The custom-designed exterior cladding alternates with large trapezoidal windows that punctuate the façade, lending it rhythm and immediate recognition.
Interior design by Fabio Gianoli
The interior design project was curated by designer Fabio Gianoli, who interpreted the Crezza brand identity, translating it into functional, coherent spaces with a strong material impact. The interior design interacts with the reinforced concrete architecture, showcasing the material through essential geometries and custom furnishings.
Ground floor: operations and reception
The ground floor houses the offices, organized around a central, fully glazed volume, designed as a work area dedicated to external collaborators who regularly work for the company. The entrance features a highly distinctive reception desk: the reception desk is crafted from a "New Jersey" piece, an iconic Crezza product and a symbol of its long experience in the infrastructure sector.
Upper Floor: Spaces for Discussion and Representation
On the upper level are a first meeting room and an informal bar area, designed as a place for daily exchange and sharing. Continuing along the path, you reach the owner's offices, which lead to the main meeting room: a more formal setting, suitable for institutional meetings, training courses, and technical presentations. A large outdoor terrace completes the floor, offering additional space for representation and socializing.
Interior Contract: Implementation by BM Italia
The interior design was entrusted to BM Italia, which oversaw the entire interior contract, transforming the project into tangible and perfectly executed spaces. Thanks to their experience, materials and details were developed with precision, ensuring quality and consistency throughout every stage of the process.
Custom Design: Concrete as a Distinctive Element
In keeping with the company's philosophy, several furnishing elements—such as the meeting tables—were custom-designed and crafted from concrete. This choice highlights the company's in-house production expertise and transforms Crezza's signature material into an architectural and decorative component that defines the spaces' identity.
