BM Italia has created the new design rooms of the Duomo Hotel & Apartments, located just a few steps from the famous fashion district in the centre of Milan. These rooms, furnished with precious details, capture the essence of elegance. The new rooms on the fifth floor are a cosy retreat for those seeking an exceptional living experience, with refined materials, offering a true immersion in luxury and comfort.
Design and Collaboration
Stair S.r.l. and the Project Management Team, composed of surveyor Raffaele Claudio Rossiello and architect Renato Russo, ensured meticulous technical and organizational management throughout every phase of the restyling project.
Room Renovation 2024 - The 16 new rooms were designed by Piero Ivaldi, interior decorator and hotel consultant for Petra Hospitality, and architect Gian Maria Rencurosi.
New Room Plan 2026 - The renovation project for the top floor of the Duomo Hotel & Apartament aims to create 16 new rooms, enhancing the accommodation offering in Milan's historic center. The project was overseen by Piero Ivaldi, interior decorator and hotel consultant for Petra Hospitality.
Custom Made
BM Italia was commissioned by Stair S.r.l. to create all the custom furnishings, interpreting the design concept with high-quality craftsmanship and sartorial attention to detail, under the watchful eye of Project Manager Flavio Quarenghi. The Duomo Hotel & Apartments represents a perfect balance of contemporary design and elegance in the heart of Milan. The hotel concept, curated by Petra Hospitality, is based on the philosophy of "Unconventional Elegance Hospitality," offering an experience that goes beyond a simple overnight stay and celebrates a love of beauty, craftsmanship, and elegance.
