The world of hospitality is facing unprecedented challenges: between constantly evolving market pressures and the often complex integration of Artificial Intelligence, owners and professionals in the hotel and restaurant sectors find themselves needing to rethink their approach to business.

To address these concrete needs, "Pillole di Ospitalità" (Hospitality Pills) was created—a series of exclusive meetings conceived and led by Stefano Possenti, Strategic Consultant, and Paola Mainetti, Marketing & Communication Manager at BM Italia.

The project was born with a precise goal: to bring hospitality back to the center, placing the human relationship as the true added value. The training program aims to provide participants with practical tools to combine new technologies—such as AI—with the daily management of hotels, non-hotel accommodations, restaurants, and bars, without ever distorting their essence.

The First Appointment

The series of meetings will kick off on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the BM Italia Hub located at Via Vanoni 22, in Castione Andevenno.

During this first appointment, participants will have the opportunity to delve into three fundamental pillars for business growth:

• Data-Driven Strategy: Using AI to analyze the market, monitor competitors, and define dynamic pricing based on real data.

• Real Experience, Digital Vision: Translating guest needs, revealed through analysis, into concrete solutions capable of exceeding their expectations.
