Based on a project by studio Pé, BM Italia realised the show cooking buffet area in the breakfast room of the Grand Hotel Victoria Menaggio. This space was designed to offer guests an interactive and high-level culinary experience, combining functionality and refined aesthetics.
Design and Supply of Large Kitchen Installations
We designed the complete layout of the large kitchen installations, taking care of every detail to ensure efficiency and practicality. Our supply included the installation of all necessary catering equipment, including washers, refrigerators, cold rooms, Unox ovens, blast chillers, dishwashers and extractor hoods.
