Tender Support to the competitiveness of hotel and non-hotel accommodation facilities

BM Italia informs that the call for tenders supporting the competitiveness of hotel and non-hotel accommodation facilities has been published by the Lombardy Region

Minimum investment €80,000.00


Eligible expenses:


- furniture, machinery, hardware and software equipment; -


- construction-masonry and plant engineering;


- design and construction supervision for a maximum of 8% of eligible expenses


- general expenses determined with a flat rate equal to 7% of eligible expenses.




The regional subsidy is granted in the form of a non-repayable grant.


In the case of application of the De Minimis Regulation, the subsidy is granted and paid for 50% of the eligible expenses, however, within the maximum limit of 200,000.00 euros against a minimum investment of 80,000.00 euros.


In the case of application of the "Regional framework scheme for support to companies in the region affected by the crisis", the subsidy is granted and disbursed to 50% of eligible expenses, however, within the maximum limit of 500,000.00 euros against a minimum investment of 80,000.00 euros.
